This program has a Melodist and Soloist and it allows users to choose what instruments to use and it also allows the user to choose all the details regarding the Melodist or Soloist. So, Band in a box will create tracks based on the user's selections.

After you have finished your work, songs can be exported as MIDI files or audio files. After that, you can burn the songs that you have created using this program on a CD or you can put them to an MP3 player so everybody can enjoy the music you have created.

If you decide to use Band in a box, you will be able to create your own, special style, and the simplest way to do that, is to create a hybrid style. Another way is to import a style from a MIDI file or to create a brand new one using StyleMarker.
