CMDsock is a free and simple tool which acts like a telnet server (or shell binder) and works on any Windows and *nix based OS.
CMDsock comes with support for some options for setting a password, changing the listening port and interface, reverse shell (the tool connects to a specific host:port) available also over UDP and automatic LF to CR/LF conversion.
NOTE that CMDsock is experimental yet and exist some bugs, for example it is not yet possible to stop the execution of programs and on Windows is not possible to use stdin.
