You will have to virtually employ IT guys to keep your systems up, janitors to clean up, human resources staff to comfort the other employees, supervisors to keep an eye on everyone, and most important of all, accountants to make sure that your money flow does not stop and you will not loose a penny.

Also, you will need to upgrade your small, starting office to a bigger and bigger building, so all your people will have a nice place to work and make you money. You can even build a gym or a restaurant at the office so your people won't stay away much time, thus reducing loses.

You can do almost everything in this game, like you can buy plants and water coolers or vending machines.
This game is really fun and anyone can play it to relax after a hard day. It has a smart interface, nice graphics and it is really easy to play.
