Doodle Jump is all about guiding a creature, also known as Doodler on a series of platforms without falling. It is pretty basic, the more you go up, the more points you gain and the more bragging rights you earn as well. Being a game for phones, you will guide the creature by tilting your phone sideways.

The greater the angle you tilt your phone, the greater the speed of the Doodler will become. On the Blackberry, you will play this game by tapping in the desired location.

You will be able to get boosts from different objects, but you can also be hit by projectiles and fall.

Also, in the game you will have to fight UFOs and you have to shoot them to eliminate. You can shoot them by tapping on different parts of the screen.
Other obstacles that you will have to evade are monsters, broken platforms and black holes.

You can also change themes in Doodle Jump and you have a big variety of themes to choose from, like winter theme, graveyard theme, jungle theme, space theme, etc.

During the play you will always see your score which is indicated at the top left of the screen.
