Unlike other similar applications, ezBates is easy to use: first, stack your documents in the printer (a common printer used by every computer), start ezBates, fill in the data fields, click Print Next or Print All, then click Print in the pop-up Select Printer window.
Follow these simple steps and your job is done. ezBates will take over from now on. Your text and page numbers will be printed on your documents in consecutive order at the bottom right side of each page in bold, 12 point Arial font.
Of course, this 12 point Arial font is not nailed down. The user can easily change settings and options and customize ezBates based on his needs. In order to do that, simply click Select Font. A font selection window will appear that allows you to choose a different font, font style and font size.
Beside these standard options, ezBates comes with numerous additions features and tools giving you the full control over the printed text (page number in our case).
Just to give a few functionality examples, using ezBates the user can change the number of inches from the top of the page, he can change the horizontal position on the page where the text and page number are printed or he can include spaces before or after the text that precedes the page number.
ezBates is easy to install and use (no special technical knowledge are required). It takes only a few steps to install ezBates.
