Meteosat Animator is a free Widget that displays static or animated weather satellite images from the Eurpean Meteosat satellites.
The first version only displays images for area D2 (Europe and North Africa), you can select the wavelength of the images and colourized or black and white versions. Optionally you can overlay a second image on top of the main image to produce a combined animation.
