NmapSI4 0.4.1 Details

FamousWhy Editor:
NmapSI4 is a complete Qt4-based GUI (Graphic User Interface) with the design goals to provide a complete nmap interface for Users, in order to management all option of this power security net scanner.

Qt4 is a cross-platform application development framework widely used for the development of GUI programs (in which case it is known as a widget toolkit), and also used for developing non-GUI programs such as console tools and servers.
Nmap (Network Mapper) is a security scanner used to discover hosts and services on a computer network, thus creating a "map" of the network.

NmapSI4, like any other similar software sends specially crafted packets to the target host and then analyzes the responses. Unlike many simple port scanners that just send packets at some predefined constant rate, nmap accounts for the network conditions (latency fluctuations, network congestion, the target interference with the scan) during the run.
To install follow these steps:
./configure --with-Qt-dir=(Path of Qt)
make install

Compile Information:
* qt4
* cmake

# cmake .
# make
# make install (only root)

Start nmapsi4 develop version:
# ./nmapsi4 (user mode)
# sudo ./nmapsi4 (full nmap extension ) || kdesu (etc etc ;))

Nmapsi4 scan supports three types of scans:

1. Normal Scan:
type: ip or dns
ex url : or

2. Group ip Scan:
type: ip
ex url: ( and and 192.168.1.x ..)

3. List address scan:
type: ip and dns
ex url:

Why is NmapSI4 famous?

NmapSI4 is famous because it is a complete Qt4-based GUI with the purpose to provide a complete nmap interface, proving itself very useful for any Linux user.
