Everyone loves to play games and there is no shame in that. Modern games are far more complex, well designed and entertaining than old games.

On top of that, the multiplayer system allows two or more players to join forces and fight against forces or evil or simply to compete against each other (for world domination or any other purpose you may think off).

Games are a matter of taste and so are the gaming platforms. At this moment, we can identify a few major gaming platforms: PC, PlayStation, XBOX and Wii. The problem is that one platform is not compatible with another. If you purchase a PlayStation game, you won’t be able to play it on PC.

PCSX2 is a small emulator that can solve this problem (or at least some of the problems) as it allows you to play PlayStation 2 games on your PC. This emulator simulates the PlayStation 2 settings on your computer and it allows you to play high quality games without errors, low FPS (frames per second) or graphical distortions.

PCSX2 comes with several useful features and options. Let's take a short look over some of the most important ones:

- SPS fix for Dark Cloud, God of War and other similar games
- Bug fix for falling through floor on Metal Gear Solid 3 and FPU fix.

- Console logging is now configurable to be as verbose as in developer builds.
