Maureen (unhappy) Customer support for this product is awful. Very unresponsive to emails -- which is the only way to request support. Despite having paid extra for the Extended Download Service have not been able to reactivate software after replacing my son's hard drive. Functions well when working but too expensive to use only for a few months and then not get support. Have needed new versions when either OS is updated or when new versions of IM released.
