FW Editor: What are your plans or objectives in the near future?
Christofer: Well,We are going to add plugin support soon.Most probably in next release.That will enable other developers to use their skills for collaboration.

FW Editor: How and when did you start writing the code for Kantaris? What inspired you the most? Do you plan to develop new software, or are you more focused on optimizing the current ones?
Christofer: 2-3 years back,I got the idea to work on it.Well,yeah,We do plan to develop new software and making better existing ones.

FW Editor: Kantaris is one of the best media players from the market. What is its secret?
Christofer: Its simplicity,user interface,some unique features related to subtitles,power to play various formats.

FW Editor: Is there anything you would like to change in Kantaris? There are some extra features that you may like to have? Is there anything that is not working as intended and you are planning to remove it?
Christofer: Not really.

FW Editor: I know that media players market is flooded with all kind of applications. Some are good, some are bad but Kantaris was able to stand up and make a name for itself. Are you surprised by this huge success?
Christofer: Not surprised but yeah,I am happy.

FW Editor: What are the advantages of using Kantaris?
Christofer: Its the best.The only limitation is of .Net framework,else audience loves it.

FW Editor: Can you tell us more about this unique feature from Kantaris? I know it can automatically detect character encoding of subtitles. How does it work?
Christofer: This feature enables that a user selects a subtitle file,and the user doesn't have to set encoding for that.The text is analyzed and encoding is set automatically for languages like chinese etc.

FW Editor: Is there any customer support service for Kantaris users?
Christofer: yeah,main support is through info@kantaris.org.any mail dropped at id is responded regularly if its not spam.

FW Editor: How would you describe Kantaris in just a few words? Why?
Christofer: Unmatched User Interface,Unique features of subtitles(online download,character encoding detection etc),ability to play a long list of formats.
