FW Editor: What are your plans or objectives in the near future?
Melanie Tan: Our main objective at the moment is to strengthen the branding of our flagship product - DriverFinder.
FW Editor: How and when did you start writing the code for DriverFinder? What inspired you the most? Do you plan to develop new software, or are you more focused on optimizing the current ones?
Melanie Tan: DriverFinder has been 'in the works' for 2 years already. The product was built internally from the ground up. Our developers have between them over 20 years of experience in the IT industry.
FW Editor: From your point of view, which is the strongest DriverFinder feature? Why?
Melanie Tan: Do allow me to mention TWO key features. Firstly, DriverFinder offers the LATEST drivers. Some products claim they have the biggest driver database but that's only because they count all their old and discarded drivers. DriverFinder has an automated way of checking the absolute latest drivers from manufacturers all over the globe.
Secondly, our Customer Support is truly second to none because our team is backed by top-level PC Technicians. So not only do we reply to all communication within 24 hours but any PC issues are looked into by professional technicians that you would normally have to pay for 'by the hour' just to check your system.
FW Editor: What new features should we expect in DriverFinder in the future?
Melanie Tan: We have A LOT of exciting things in store for our clients. Do forgive me for not revealing them all here for our competitors to read!
FW Editor: DriverFinder is a great application and personally I love it. However, there are still many people who prefer to use similar software. What can you tell to convince them that DriverFinder is better?
Melanie Tan: DriverFinder takes GREAT care in ensuring that you only download drivers that match your system. With other tools, because their classification system is lax, the risk is higher that you download and install the wrong driver, which can have drastic consequences on your system.
Truth be told, I really don't think that many others prefer other tools. I base this on the direct feedback we get from our clients who thank us for the product, telling us that they moved to us after being disappointed with others :)
FW Editor: How can you describe DriverFinder in one single word?
Melanie Tan: Solid.
FW Editor: Is there any full customer support service for DriverFinder clients? If not, do you plan to create one in the future?
Melanie Tan: DriverFinder already offers extensive Customer Support to clients, with all communication replied to in 24 hours.
