FW Editor: What are your plans or objectives for the near future?
George Pecherle: We want to find and develop more ways and solutions to protect the user's data and privacy. Also, we are preparing a new, re-designed version of our data erasing product and we hope to have it ready soon.

FW Editor: How and when did you start writing the code for East-Tec Eraser 2010? What inspired you the most? Do you plan to develop new software, or are you more focused on optimizing the current ones?
George Pecherle: We developed the first version of East-Tec Eraser back in 1997. At that time, the product's name was Eraser. Our main sources of inspiration were our customers (who came with valuable feedback and continue to suggest interesting features) and other software products. We tried to find the gaps in other products and to address them in our product. We are focused on improving our current product line, however we don't exclude the possibility of developing new software.

FW Editor: From your point of view, what is the greatest feature of East-Tec Eraser 2010?
George Pecherle: We think the feature that most of our customers use and that is popular among them is Privacy Guard, a feature designed to destroy traces of Internet and computer activities. Besides eliminating activity traces, it also optimizes system's performance by getting rid of unnecessary files.

FW Editor: Is there anything you would like to change at East-Tec Eraser 2010? something that is not working properly?
George Pecherle: Make it even more user-friendly. East-Tec Eraser 2010 is a product that is easy to learn to use, however we want to make it as simple as possible, with the minimum number of options for basic users and more advanced features for experienced users.
