FW Editor: What are your plans or objectives in the near future?
Chris: I aim to provide high quality software with great support, I hope my product is useful to people. I hope my first product Exina SyncWizard for Outlook are liked by people, I am working on improvement work of software to make it better in the near future.

FW Editor: How and when did you start writing the code for SyncWizard? What inspired you the most? Do you plan to develop new software, or are you more focused on optimizing the current ones?
Chris: Demand, I use Outlook in my work and at home, I have 2 computer, desktop and laptop computer, I find maintaining emails, appointments divided into 2 computers is very troublesome. So I tried find solution in internet, but I failed, No Outlook Synchronization Software, at least no helpful software. that's why I made it. I hope Exina SyncWizard for Outlook is helpful for people. So far Exina SyncWizard for Outlook is not good enough and can be improved and enhanced. I am not plan to develop a new product.

FW Editor: SyncWizard is one of the best MS Outlook synchronization applications from the market. What is the secret?
Chris: The Most Outlook Synchronization utility is also great, better than mine in some respects. My product focused on remote synchronize, it'real useful, especially for none-IT person.

FW Editor: Do you plan to improve or change SyncWizard in any way? If yes, how are you going to do that?
Chris: Yes, I am working on this. improving Exina SyncWizard for Outlook, in usability and performance.

FW Editor: Can you tell us more about the most important features from SyncWizard?
Chris: Outlook Synchronization remotely, all of end user to do is specify remote computer's IP and follow the Exina SyncWizard for Outlook. I think the most important feature is the easy usage, very easy.

FW Editor: Is there anything in particular that makes this product unique? How?
Chris: Exina SyncWizard for Outlook integrated Outlook Sync, PST Sync, Outlook Backup/Restore and Outlook Transfer. it almost covered all of Outlook user's demand, another word, buy one product get four functions. Integration make my product unique from other product. .

FW Editor: Besides SyncWizard, is there any application that had a positive impact over you? Why?
Chris: No.

FW Editor: Do you offer any advantages for SyncWizard users? (free updates, customer support service, etc)
Chris: We offer registered user minor version free update, and free customer email support.
