FW Editor: What are your plans or objectives for the near future?
Greg Wittmeyer: We have a top-secret project in the works, but can't say more for now.
FW Editor: How and when did you start writing the code for Scratchboard? What inspired you the most? Do you plan to develop new software, or are you more focused on optimizing the current ones?
Greg Wittmeyer: Code writing began on January 1st, 1999. We needed easy-access to our corporate knowledge. Developing new products and improving current ones are both top priorities.
FW Editor: Can you tell us more about the most important Scratchboard feature?
Greg Wittmeyer: In Scratchboard's case, its core functionality is the most important feature.
FW Editor: Do you have any customer support service available for the Scratchboard users?
Greg Wittmeyer: Yes, we offer free email support.
FW Editor: How can you describe Scratchboard in just a few words? Why?
Greg Wittmeyer: Scratchboard is a tool for organizing personal information in a "tree" structure.
FW Editor: And one final question: Do you have any message for the Scratchboard users?
Greg Wittmeyer: The most difficult part of software development is anticipating the user's needs. We are always receptive to suggestions for improvements.
