FW Editor: What are your plans or objectives in the near future?
Melon Mobile: We intend to catch the wave of innovation and rapid growth in the mobile applications market by continuing to develop quality applications across all major platforms. We will keep producing new products in our strongest area, productivity. At the same time, we aim at diversifying our product offerings by coming up with various entertainment applications, while still observing our goal of producing quality apps worth your time.

FW Editor: How and when did you start writing the code for Easy Busy? What inspired you the most? Do you plan to develop new software, or are you more focused on optimizing the current ones?
Melon Mobile: Much of the productivity software tends to be a little more complicated than the average smart-phone user needs or wants. We had already achieved major success with our Advanced Call Manager, which is targeted to serve the needs of busy professionals, when we noticed that there are many people who need similar filtering software but with fewer functions, just to get some daily peace of mind. So we designed Easy Busy to be the most straightforward and lightweight blocking software possible and meet the everyday needs of most smart-phone owners.

FW Editor: What do you appreciate the most at Easy Busy? Why?
Melon Mobile: Its hassle-free efficiency. Because life is too complicated as it is and it's best to look for the most optimal solution for every problem. Easy Busy is just that for people who don’t have very intense schedules and just need to take a break from certain callers sometimes, or to delicately solve a problem with a particular caller.

FW Editor: Do you plan to improve Easy Busy? If yes, how do you intend to do that?
Melon Mobile: This product's main asset is its simplicity. We think for now it's best to leave it as it is and work on developing new mobile software solutions. Unless you have an idea for a new handy feature to improve it – which you are most welcome to share with us at info@melonmobile.com

FW Editor: What are the advantages of using Easy Busy?
Melon Mobile: In short: it will solve most of your unwanted-calls problems, you will learn how to use it within a minute of installing it, and you will spend a negligible amount of money to achieve this.

FW Editor: How would You describe Easy Busy in one word?
Melon Mobile: Easy: it’s easy to install, easy to use and it will put you at ease.

FW Editor: Do you offer any special advantages for Easy Busy users? (free updates, customer support, etc.)
Melon Mobile: We take pride in our excellent customer support - all Melon Mobile customers receive free and prompt support (we answer all e-mails to support@melonmobile.com within three business days, but in most cases, you will receive a response within a day). Also all updates to our applications are free, with the rare exception when we release a major upgrade. Additionally, we offer discounts if you upgrade from certain lite versions of our products to a more advanced app. For example, you can upgrade from Easy Busy for Symbian to Advanced Blocker for a bargain price.
