FW Editor: What software do you plan to create next?
Gregory Journe: I will continue to focus on AquaSnap until it's totally finished.
I'm in a tight relation with the users and I always get new great ideas from them.
FW Editor: What inspired you the most in creating AquaSnap?
Gregory Journe: There are many programs out there that offer similar features, but I thought they were often incomplete and sometimes buggy.
With the release of Windows 7 and its rather limited "Aero Snap" feature, I was pretty sure that a lot of users could be interested by AquaSnap.
FW Editor: Will you introduce new features in managing the windows with AquaSnap?
Gregory Journe: Yes! AquaSnap is still in early stage of development.
The users have made many interesting suggestions about new features. Some of these suggestions are surprising and very innovative.
FW Editor: Will you create a Portable version of AquaSnap in the future?
Gregory Journe: Yes, a portable version will be available soon. This version will be able to run from a USB key and will not need any installation.
FW Editor: Which AquaSnap features do you like the most? AquaSnap, AquaShake or AquaGlass?
Gregory Journe: As its name suggests, AquaSnap is the main feature of the software.
It is a very intuitive and ergonomic way to arrange the windows on your desktop.
I think that this is mainly for this feature that users are downloading AquaSnap.
FW Editor: Does AquaSnap have an Automatic update feature? Why or why not?
Gregory Journe: Not yet, but many users are requesting this feature.
FW Editor: Is there any full customer support service for AquaSnap users? If not, do you plan to create one in the future?
Gregory Journe: Users can get support via email or on the website; I try to answer all messages.
FW Editor: To end with, is there any message you would like to send to AquaSnap users?
Gregory Journe: Thank you for your encouragement!
Don't hesitate to give me your opinion, your feedback is what gives value to AquaSnap.
