FW Editor: What are your plans or objectives for the near future?
Rex1241: Just like in the past ;). Just create programs. But I think I will address me on web development tools and maybe a webserver.
FW Editor: How and when did you start writing the code for 'Rex Webedit2? What inspired you in creating this software?
Rex1241: I needed a web editor that features the features of Rex WebEdit, especially the preview function (like in a real browser, so I can see how it will really look and also test scripts). When RWE1.9 got some problems I decided to rewrite and redesign it. Rex WebEdit 1.9 started February 2010. RWE2 started at 12-5-1020.
FW Editor: From your point of view, which is the strongest Rex Webedit2 feature?
Rex1241: Preview.
FW Editor: What do you plan to add next to Rex Webedit2?
Rex1241: In the Service Pack 1 I'll include new icons, a few HTML tags (h1-6 and iframe) and SHTML. RWE2.1 will also use a new updater.
FW Editor: Is the registration of Rex Webedit2 free?
Rex1241: Rex WebEdit2 does not require registration. But the registration of Rex WebEdit 1.9 is free!
FW Editor: Have you released a 'Development Build' for Rex Webedit2 lately?
Rex1241: No. This is the final version. But soon a development build of a new project called 'Rex WebEdit2 Manager' will de released.
FW Editor: Are you offering 'customer support' services for Rex Webedit2 users?
Rex1241: Yes. I've got the help site, but also e-mail support and live chat. And Dutch users can also use the forums.
FW Editor: Do you have any message for Rex Webedit2 users?
Rex1241: Thank you for using Rex WebEdit2!
