FW Editor: What are your plans or objectives for the near future?
Owner & Developer Ryan T. Boos: My plans are to continue the expansion of Boos AccountTracker Home Edition. The possibilities are endless. Users can look forward in the future to more clean cut report creating options, and network sharing of accounts for broader applications. Expansions are always growing and we hope to meet the needs our valued customers.
FW Editor: How and when did you start writing the code for Boos AccountTracker Home Edition? What inspired you the most? Do you plan to develop new software, or are you more focused on optimizing the current ones?
Owner & Developer Ryan T. Boos: I started my interest in coding when I played my first Pong gaming unit. Yes, the ball with two lines for paddles. I didn't realize it at the time, once I started college Pong was still influencing me. The great question, how do those games work?
I originally designed Boos AccountTracker for my own purpose. I was tired of keeping fragile paper records. My wife was the one that tipped me off to making it more customer friendly and trying to sell it as an end user product. My wife asked me after making several entries into the application, "couldn't we market and sell this to people." I told her I suppose but it was going to take a lot of code clean up. Then she chimed in, "couldn't we sell it on the internet." She definitely spurred a fire under my back side. It was very shortly after that R&R Cyber Emporium LLC was born and Boos AccountTracker was on the way to being a headlining product.
I am going to continue the expansion of Boos AccountTracker there are many ways for it to grow in the future. Other products are to come in the future as well. One at the moment is a game but it pending a copyright. Don't want to jump the gun so to speak.
FW Editor: . From your point of view, which is the greatest feature of Boos AccountTracker Home Edition?
Owner & Developer Ryan T. Boos: The feature I feel most customers will appreciate is the ease of searching for information. I find the search feature really handy when it comes to tax preparation time. You can run the search for "Home Repair" as an example. This application will then tell you how much you spent on repairs during a desired period of time. Easy as Pie!
FW Editor: Do you provide a 24/7 customer support service for Boos AccountTracker Home Edition users?
Owner & Developer Ryan T. Boos: Customers can expect professional customer assistance with any questions they may have now or in the future. I can’t promise 24/7 customer service unfortunately due the size of R&R Cyber Emporium at the present moment. I due provide customers with three points of contact regarding any questions. I look forward to talking with you.
