FW Editor: What are your plans or objectives for the near future?
Steven: Our plans for the future are still the same as they have been since the day we started. We keep working hard to provide fast updates to support unlocking and repairing of newest mobile phone models and of course offer the best support. Some of our more concrete plans involve improving our debranding / support server to contain more firmware files and also more information about the firmware files themselves. Another short term goal (this is an exclusive) is we are going to add a SRS IMEI service client to offer Unlock by IMEI for different brands by IMEI service (we already have unlock code calculator by IMEI) but this new client will be for IMEI service (not instant). Brands such as Samsung, HTC, SonyEricsson will be supported.

FW Editor: Do you plan to develop new software for other phone producers, or are you more focused on optimizing the current ones for Samsung, LG and Huawei?
Steven: Samsung will always be our main focus and we plan to keep it that way. However we are working on offering services for other brands as well. However it is likely we will be joining forces with some of our business partners so we are sure we keep offering the best products and not start cannibalizing our own product due to lack of time. With some of our latest products we are already doing this, for example our 'Samsung by IMEI Europe' product is a joint venture with one of our business partners. Also on our newest website (http://unlockathome.com) we have for example SonyEricsson X10 / X2 unlock by IMEI and Motorola by IMEI unlock service as joint venture products.

FW Editor: What is the greatest thing Unlock Samsung @ Home could do?
Steven: That is an easy question, it is something really simple but still so useful for everybody: Save you money! Not everybody understands how unlocking your phone can actually save you a lot of money, which is understandable as it is and always will be a intangible somewhat technical product. FW Editor: What we should expect from Unlock Samsung @ Home in the future?
Steven: More first in the world updates and we will continue researching and testing to make unlocking easier. There are still some models (e.g. Samsung S5230) that need special cables. Which we understand is annoying for customers (having to buy special cable) we strive to make unlocking as easy and straight forward as possible and minimize the costs the customers need to make to get their mobile phones unlocked.

FW Editor: What makes your software better than any other similar application?
Steven: Most similar applications like ours aren't created for end-users but for 'unlock professionals' and thus aren't 100% user friendly. These products are sold to end-users but aren't build from the ground up to serve end users. Our product is specially designed for end users and usability is one of our main focus points in development. Also our product often delivers world first solutions for many mobile phones making us the first (and for a while the only) to unlock certain mobile phones. Others then just (try to) copy our solutions.

FW Editor: Is there a risk of damaging my phone when using your software?
Steven: No there is not. It is impossible to damage your phone with unlocking your phone using our software. However when you are going to debrand (which is done via software made by Samsung not by us) and you do this wrong (e.g. breaking connection while flashing or flashing the so called 'boot loader' which should only be done with help from our support) you can damage your phone to some degree but this can be fixed. However when you just follow our step-by-step tutorials there is zero chance of damaging your phone.

FW Editor: Do you provide any customer support for Unlock Samsung @ Home users?
Steven: Yes of course. We have an online support ticket system where people can open new support tickets and login to see all previous communication / tickets. On our newest website (http://unlockathome.com) we also already offer live chat support. We will implement this soon on our other websites as well. People can contact us for any questions they have pre or after sales. In some rare cases where people really couldn't fix some problems with installing drivers on their computer needed for unlocking we go as far as using remote desktop support software (e.g. TeamViewer) to solve the problems and complete the unlock process for them on their own computer at no extra costs!
