FW Editor: How and when did you start writing the code for Stock It Easy? What inspired you the most? Do you plan to develop new software, or are you more focused on optimizing the current ones?
Yvan Balfroid: I've started 5 years ago. My inspiration comes on the unavailability of a friendly software to manage inventory.
FW Editor: Stock It Easy is one of the best items management applications available. What is the secret?
Yvan Balfroid: Simplicity, hearing the users and reactivity.
FW Editor: Can you tell us more about the differences between Stock It Easy Free and Stock It Easy License?
Yvan Balfroid: The main restriction of the free version is that you can enter maximum 50 items.
FW Editor: Stock It Easy has quite a strong competition but, so far, it succeeded in making a name for itself. What do you think about the Stock It Easy success?
Yvan Balfroid: I'm proud of it, but the road is long to the success, never sleep and work hard ... is it the key of the success?
FW Editor: What are the advantages of using Stock It Easy over any other similar product?
Yvan Balfroid: Simplicity, cost (very sheep), many options and customisation always possible.
FW Editor: What is your favorite Stock It Easy feature and why?
Yvan Balfroid: The reporting of the stock in just on clic for all your items in all your warehouses.
FW Editor: Can you tell us more about this feature? Why it is so important? Is Stock It Easy the same without it?
Yvan Balfroid: It's important for the user to have a global look of it's stock. You can import the result in Excel (or other).
FW Editor: Now, to end our small interview, is there any message you would like to send to Stock It Easy users?
Yvan Balfroid: Install, Try it, and if you like it, buy a licence.
