FW Editor: What are your plans or objectives in the near future?
Eric Turgeon: I plan to finish the installer frontend for 2.0.
FW Editor: What inspired you the most in creating GhostBSD?
Eric Turgeon: Ubuntu, PC-BSD, the complexity to install and set gnome on FreeBSD for a new be. My love for Gnome project.
FW Editor: What is your favorite GhostBSD feature? Why?
Eric Turgeon: All ready to use. like cups, Linux-f10 compatibility, Compiz, proc, Linux-proc adn etc...
FW Editor: What features do you want to add in the future to GhostBSD?
Eric Turgeon: I want to do a package manager to install & uninstall software. A network manager to manager wire and wireless. Be independent of FreeBSD long term future.
FW Editor: When are you going to add the 'installer' to the package?
Eric Turgeon: 1.5 release will be installable via backend pc-sysinstall by command line.
FW Editor: Is there a place where the users can report bugs or problems?
Eric Turgeon: By the Forum, Development page, email, IRC.
FW Editor: What are the advantages of using GhostBSD over any other FreeBSD product?
Eric Turgeon: For the live CD is good way to test if a notebook, net-book or PC is good to work with BSD. For the installable version is a saving of time to install gnome and set Gnome to work decently.
FW Editor: Do you have any message or anything to share with GhostBSD users?
Eric Turgeon: From a normal FreeBSD Gnome user. All this hard work and all the time I pass to research, ask, read and learn by myself is for you guys!!!
