FW Editor: What are your plans or objectives for the near future?
Henk van Loo Jr.: To enhance and improve our current software lineup for our users and everybody else that needs free quality software for their PC's.

FW Editor: How and when did you start writing the code for CleverNote PIM? What inspired you the most? Do you plan to develop new software, or are you more focused on optimizing the current ones?
Henk van Loo Jr.: We started about two months ago to develop CleverNote PIM. What inspired us to create CleverNote was the lack of decent free PIM's available on the internet for download. We always plan to develop new software while focusing on optimizing and enhancing our current ones.

FW Editor: We have tested CleverNote PIM here at FamousWhy.com and it is a great application. Can you tell us, from your own point of view, what makes CleverNote PIM so special?
Henk van Loo Jr.: It is very simple to use and has a colourful user interface which makes for a pleasant user experience.

FW Editor: How can you characterize CleverNote PIM in just a few words? Why?
Henk van Loo Jr.: Very useful for everyday use, with quick interface actions without the complexity of a menu structure or confusing ribbons.

FW Editor: How do you plan to improve CleverNote PIM in the future? (If such plan exists)
Henk van Loo Jr.: We are currently improving CleverNote's user interactions, and have added some exciting new features for our users. It will be released within the next week or two.

FW Editor: Do you have any customer support service for the CleverNote PIM users? Also, as a common user, is there any way I can send you my own ideas and impressions over CleverNote PIM?
Henk van Loo Jr.: We are always there to support our users, no matter what software they are using from our web site. Simply go to our "Contact Us" page and click on the "User support/feedback" link to send us whatever ideas and impressions they might have on our software. :)
