FW Editor: What are your plans or objectives in the near future?
Victor Zaguskin: The Pro version of Instant Photo Sketch that will give much more realistic picture, updates for InstantMask Pro and other photo tools we produce.

FW Editor: How and when did you start writing the code for Instant Photo Sketch? What inspired you the most? Do you plan to develop new software, or are you more focused on optimizing the current ones?
Victor Zaguskin: I do both - develop new products and optimize the current ones. I look for the areas where I can make bigger impact and focus on them. Instant Photo Sketch idea came into my mind when I was working on the other product, Instant CutOut - they have some similar features inside.

FW Editor: What are the advantages of using Instant Photo Sketch?
Victor Zaguskin: Instant Photo Sketch produces very natural sketches from some photos - of course you have to be careful with photo selection to achieve best results. And it is simple and freeware.

FW Editor: What new features should we expect in Instant Photo Sketch in the future? How do you plan to improve Instant Photo Sketch?
Victor Zaguskin: Sure, there will be new versions with massive improvements. People like to make sketches from photos of human faces and we'll be improving the results of such sketching so the face looks more and more like hand drawn by artist.

FW Editor: Why is Instant Photo Sketch superior to any other similar product? What makes it so special?
Victor Zaguskin: Well, it would be offensive to say that Instant Photo Sketch beats everybody. Especially when we talk about photo sketches which is the form of art. We don't look much at our competitors - we focus on our goal, which is making the most natural looking sketches from any photos and looks like we've started well.

FW Editor: The market for software manipulation software is full and the competition is strong. However, Instant Photo Sketch is quite successful. Have you ever expect such a huge success?
Victor Zaguskin: Thank you :) I won't call it a huge success yet. But I see a significant demand for our product and that inspires me to continue improving it.

FW Editor: How can you describe Instant Photo Sketch in one single word? Why?
Victor Zaguskin: Fun and simple.

FW Editor: Is there anything you would like to change at Instant Photo Sketch? Why?
Victor Zaguskin: Yes, we have a big list of new features we'll add. All our products grow and improve with time and feedback from our customers helps a lot. The current version is 1.0 and it is obviously just a start.

FW Editor: Can you tell us more about the idea behind Instant Photo Sketch? What made you believe that a software like Instant Photo Sketch was necessary?
Victor Zaguskin: The idea of the photo sketch is not that new - people have been doing it for years using different software tools. But our focus is not just photo sketches, but photo sketches that look natural.
