FW Editor: What are your plans or objectives in the near future?
Leon Zhang: I have 2 plans to expanding my software industry businesses in near future: one is to maintain my current free softwares, and to advertising and thus selling the infrastructure SDK/Middleware they are using; another is continuing my research and developing on my 3d game engine, and take out a plan on a comparatively small scale cross platform game targeted on China MMORGP market and Japanese casual/social game market, and by this, seeking for venture investments.
FW Editor: How and when did you start writing the code for DataXWork? What inspired you the most? Do you plan to develop new software, or are you more focused on optimizing the current ones?
Leon Zhang: Maybe in 2006; emm, I wrote just to compare the compressing ratio of miscellaneous compress algorithms on miscellaneous data. Yeah, accroding to my answer to your first question, there are many many projects I am working for other than the DataXWork.
FW Editor: DataXWork is one of the best data processing applications from the market. What is the secret?
Leon Zhang: Woo, best from the market, that startled me. Em, I think it is just focus on what you want to do.
FW Editor: Can you tell us more about the encryption algorithms used in DataXWork?
Leon Zhang: Emm, encryption algorithms are all implemented by myself, and some part of them are reasonablely optimized via applications of SIMD instructions, so it will be faster than a common C version you can find on internet.
FW Editor: Why would you recommend DataXWork over a similar application?
Leon Zhang: Emm, if you are some kind of researching data processing algorithms, DataXwork would be a good choice.
FW Editor: Can you tell us more about the concept behind DataXWork? What makes this software so special?
Leon Zhang: Emm, I just want to make a simple and convenient to operate and yet a clean in look software on data processing.
FW Editor: How can you describe DataXWork in one single word? Why?
Leon Zhang:
FW Editor: Do you have any message or anything to share with DataXWork users?
Leon Zhang: Please check updates on http://z-soft.net, and there will be more good products available in near future.
