FW Editor: Hello, please tell us something about yourself. How old are you and how long have you been a developer?
Smiling Finger: We are team 'Smiling Finger Studio'.
The team is formed last summer as a part of studio 'Zepetto', the developer of PSP title 'Vulcanus' and Online FPS Game 'Point Blank' which is being serviced as 'Project Blackout' (http://pb.ntreev.net) in North Ameica.
FW Editor: How did you come up with the idea for Touch Fly? How long have you worked developing it?
Smiling Finger: It began as a test project for a mobile game. We ketp adding more and more ideas on top of that which ultimately became Touch Fly. The actual production took about three months.
FW Editor: Can you tell us how the carrot gauge works? How hard is to fill it up?
Smiling Finger: ou can fill up the guage by collecting various types of snacks.
By touching full guage bar you can activate 'Boost' which instantly removes all turtles on the screen and lets you go into bonus mode.
While in bonus mode your goal is to collect as many carrots as possible for extra points.
FW Editor: How often do you plan to release special themes like you did for Christmas?
Smiling Finger: We will keep adding not only seasonal themes but also additional items and characters through updates.
Additionally we are considering of a system update; however we cannot tell you about the update schedule because our main focus is on the next project.
FW Editor: What features do you like the most in Touch Fly? Any new features that you plan to add in the future?
Smiling Finger: Key features of the game is easy control and addictive live ranking system. To cover simplistic gameplay we are preparing Inventory & Shop, Hardcore Mode,and Facebook Ranking which will be ready by first or second quarter.
FW Editor: Is this the first game you have developed? Please tell us something more about your past and future work.
Smiling Finger: We have experience developing games mentioned aobve; however, this is the first game we've made for smart phones. Currently our goal is to launch diverse variety of quality games during 2011.
