T3Desk implements a 3D Desktop Module, among other powerful, flexible and easy-to-use features and tools, that ensure your seamless desktop and online experience.
T3Desk lets you manage your applications more easily in a 3D desktop adding the third dimension to your Windows screen. 3D minimized windows will appear in three dimensions and transparent on your screen and have the ability to be flipped, zoomed, moved and swiveled in almost anyway you want.
You can set the options regarding the 3D display, transition, zooming, hotkeys and sounds from the Options menu. If you want you can apply window rotation animation or adjust the transparency amount.
The 3D windows can be set up to appear at the desired initial angle (you can choose between 0, 30, 45, 60, 90 degrees) or at specified initial distance (actual distance, close, far, so far away). Zooming can be enabled or disabled; zooming means that you can move the window on the third dimension just by scrolling with your mouse wheel (or with Page Up/ Page Down keys).
T3Desk allows you to enable some hot keys for 3D minimize/ restore a single window, 3D minimize all windows or to show icon tray menu. This icon tray menu commands are: Exit, Restore all, Let 3D all, Start, Options, Help, FAQ and About.
You can even add sounds to play when the window gets 3D effect and other sounds when the window restores to 2D.
Exclusions can also be added. T3Desk will not 3D minimize a window that you will add to the exclusions list.
T3Desk doesn't require lots of resources to run; it is lightweight on your resources, unlike most applications of its kind. T3Desk is built to work on Windows 2000/XP/VISTA/Win7 and later versions. T3Desk require GDI and Visual C 2008 runtime components to be installed. All mentioned redistributable packages are free to install from Microsoft Web site.
