Todomoo is a to-do manager specially designed to help you manage paid projects without advanced scheduling.

It organizes projects in hierarchical tasks, in different categories. Todomoo will create bookmarks of your newly created categories under the taskbar buttons. You can customize the colors of these tasks for a better use.
When creating a task or a subtask you can choose between a series of options and fields to be filled in:

- task category;
- task description;
- colors (same as other tasks or custom color);
- task priority (low, medium or high);
- Time related options (creation date, due date and completed date). You can use a timer for a specified task.
- Payment. You can fill in the price per hour (this will automatically calculate the price while the timer is running), check if you have been paid or not, the terms of payment and/or a payment note.
- Notes. You can create as many notes as you want. There are two options available for the notes display (Monospace and Word wrap)

From the Options menu you can choose between the two available languages: English and Italian. From here you can also choose one of the three available currencies: Euro, Dollar and Pound.

Todomoo will create automatic backups when you quit the program. If you want to restore a backup, you must open the backup directory, close Todomoo and then replace the "db.sqlite" file (that is in the Todomoo executable directory) with a back upped one.

From the 'Tools' tab you can export all tasks in a CSV file and you can backup the database. You can even create a backup in any folder you want.
Todomoo has a flat view option and expand/collapse-all command for hierarchical view.

Todomoo is fully portable because it uses SQLite.
